A grand, third-floor, two-bedroom loft space in West Hollywood, this open-air, industrial living zone offers a cool, urban ambiance, with the added plus of an outdoor seating terrace reached through an automated rollup garage door. Vaulted wood and industrial beam ceilings soar 18-feet high above sleek concrete floors and mirrored walls, plus there’s great art and an in-house gym.

Eighteen-foot ceilings crossed by exposed beams and conduits marks this cool Melrose Place loft as decidedly urban and New York inspired, but its sleek, bright interiors and plant-backed outdoor seating area are pure LA.

Contemporary art hangs on white walls brightened by oversized windows. One bedroom is for sleeping, the other for working out (in a dedicated, fully-equipped home gym), plus there’s a window-front desk space for WFH needs. The loft's five rooms, including two baths, feel vast and open, set in 2,200 square feet. Located in a walkable location at the junction of Melrose Place and Melrose Avenue, it’s also a great spot for photo shoots.

The loft is located where Melrose Place meets Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood. The area is fabled Los Angeles, the neighborhood that’s home to the Sunset Strip, Chateau Marmont and Santa Monica Boulevard. An entire vacation could be spent in the area alone, the home walkable to hundreds of restaurants and cafes, nightlife and bar locations, arts hubs and posh hotels. Eating, drinking and exploring the area is best done on foot. High-end shops and taquerias share street space with white-tablecloth clubs and live music venues.

West Hollywood is home to the RockWalk on Sunset Boulevard, a walk of fame like that of neighboring Hollywood, but for musicians like Queen, Carole King and Eddie Van Halen. The Rainbow Bar and Grill has anchored the Sunset Strip since the mid 1970s, and stars of the past and present hang out there. West Hollywood is home to a Design District, a section of art galleries, design and antique shops, interior design studios and fashion boutiques and studios. The Pacific Design Center is home to hundreds of shops, showrooms and exhibits, and the MAK Center for Art and Architecture features a global collection of applied arts, design, architecture and contemporary art. And legendary photography company Leica has a museum/gallery in the area, too.
